About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Chapter 31 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 353.1 of the following content:
"Article 353.1. Deliberate non-execution of the decision on urgent intervention or decisions on protection
1. Deliberate non-execution of the requirements provided by part Items 1-4 3 Articles 7, and also Items 1-4 of part 5 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family", person which applied violence in family:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of minimum wage, either detention from one to three months, or imprisonment not over six months.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
