1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 296 "About establishment of quotas for attraction of foreign labor power on priority projects and approval of conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of priority projects" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 24-25, 154) the following change:
in the conditions of issue of the permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of the priority project "Increase in Production of High-carbon Ferrochrome with Use of Innovative Technologies" (the applicant - joint-stock company "Kazchrome multi-national company) approved by the specified resolution:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Other conditions of attraction of foreign labor power which are not settled by these conditions are regulated by the Rules and conditions of issue and (or) prolongation of permissions to employers to attraction of foreign labor power, and also implementation of internal transfer approved by the order of the acting minister of health care and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2016 No. 559 (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on August 29, 2016 No. 14170).".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
