Within strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in the country full-scale work on strengthening of material and technical resources of the state theaters, circuses, the museums, zoological parks, the concert organizations, on-stage performance groups, cultural and educational institutions (further - public institutions of culture) and the Public Records Offices is carried out.

The Uzarkhiv agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Uzarkhiv Agency) takes measures for accounting, protection and use of the documentary objects of cultural heritage which are in National Archive Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
