Article 6 to add 1) with Item 12.1 of the following content:
"12. 1) establishment of requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations with participation of the state or municipality;";
2) Article 25 to add with part 1.3 following of content:
"1.3. Requirements to contents of programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations with participation of the state or municipality are established according to the rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
