About entering of amendments into the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 12 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of December 16, 2016, ZR-9-N (further - the Law) to add with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) considers the petitions sent by the Chairman of National Assembly to the commission and responds to them.".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 123.1 of the following content:

"Article 123.1. Procedure for consideration of the petitions provided to National Assembly and the answer to them

1. Petitions can be represented to National Assembly only on the questions entering competence of National Assembly.

2. The petition is submitted the official letter sent the Chairman of National Assembly. If official letter:

1) does not conform to the requirements established by part of 1 this Article or the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About petitions" and within five working days it is not brought into accord with them, the Device returns the letter with indication of the reasons, and in the presence of the bases for refusal established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About petitions", - fails consideration of the petition;

2) conforms to the requirements established by part of 1 this Article or the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About petitions", the Chairman of National Assembly sends the petition to the competent permanent commission or the commissions if the petition belongs to the sphere of competence more than one permanent commission.

3. The device registers the petition sent to the permanent commission and posts it on the official website of National Assembly.
