Article 1. No. 1-2, 4), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 116:

- to add part 2 after words of "civil action" with words ", execution of the punishment in the form of penalty and collection of other property payments" and the word "brings" to replace with the word "represents";

- exclude part 3;

- 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, 8 and 9 respectively to consider parts parts 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, 7 and 8.

2. Part 2 of Article 245 and the paragraph of the eighth part 1 of article 247 after words of "providing the civil action" to add with words ", execution of the punishment in the form of penalty, penalties of other property payments".

3. The paragraph of the sixth part 1 of article 262 after the words "caused by crime" to add with the words "on ensuring execution of the punishment in the form of penalty, collection of other property payments".
