Item 3 (2) Rules of transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in the territory of the Russian Federation, and also execution of the documents necessary for this purpose approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2008 No. 449 "About procedure for transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in the territory of the Russian Federation and also execution of documents necessary for this purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 25, Art. 2982; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4837; 2017, No. 2, Art. 373; No. 47, of the Art. 6989) to state in the following edition:
"3(2). Protection of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors is provided with the legal entity performing their transportation by attraction to transportation in accordance with the established procedure:
divisions of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or organization subordinated to the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;
departmental protection of federal state bodies and organizations;
the legal entity having the license for implementation of private security activities.
In case of transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors by legal entities with singular authorized problems their protection is performed by forces and means of the specified legal entities.".
