For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 4.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 7, 2017 No. 1573 "About ensuring activities of Management of the National historical and architectural park "Icheri Sheher", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some questions of Management of the National historical and architectural park "Icheri Sheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" of June 13, 2008 No. 136 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 6, Article 588, No. 10, Article 934; 2014, No. 7, Article 912; 2016, No. 4, Article 789, No. 7, Article 1361):
1.1. exclude from part 1-3 of the word "under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. exclude from Appendix No. 1 - "The list of the monuments transferred to fixed assets of Management of the National historical and architectural park "Icheri Sheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, buildings, structures and non-residential premises of the buildings belonging to state-owned property" and Appendices No. 2 - "The list of monuments, non-residential buildings, structures and non-residential premises of the buildings which are on balance of Management of the National historical and architectural park "Icheri Sheher" under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" to the specified resolution of the word "under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic".
