1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 12, 2002 No. 667 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for restructuring of the companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2002 at No. 414/6702 (with changes).
2. To provide to management of reforming of property and transfer of GP on privatization of Department of preparation and sale of subjects to privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
