1. "2. Approval of instructions is performed by territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in the place of implementation of the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes (further - bodies of approval), including:
The Minsk city committee of natural resources and environmental protections - in case of implementation of the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes in the territory of Minsk;
regional committees of natural resources and environmental protections - in case of implementation of the activities connected with the treatment of production wastes in the territory of two and more districts of one area;
