About some questions of gas sale in the Russian Federation
For the purpose of development of the market principles of pricing on gas in the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Permit Gazprom public joint stock company and to its affiliates since January 1, 2018 to realize the natural gas extracted by them at non-regulated wholesale prices to the organizations for gas production natural in a liquefied state from gas natural in gaseous state for the subsequent export.
2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning gas sale in the Russian Federation.
3. To Federal Antimonopoly Service to carry out monitoring of natural gas prices on which the realization of natural gas according to this resolution is enabled together with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
