Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2010 No. 383 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 79, 5/31474; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850; 05:03. 2014, 5/38492; 02:07. 2014, 5/39045; 17:08. 2017, 5/44057) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in word preamble "Item 14 part four" shall be replaced with words "Item 17 part five";
1.2. to state part one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 in the following edition:
"2.1. the checked subjects called in Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the conducting checks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062), shall acquire the book of accounting of checks no later than six months from the date of statement them on tax accounting.";
1.3. in the form of the book of accounting of checks approved by this resolution:
to state the name of column 3 in the following edition:
"Check type (selective, unplanned), the name of the plan of selective checks for area, Minsk and number of Item of this plan (for selective check), the appointment basis (for unscheduled inspection)";
