About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909

1.1. the paragraph the fourth Item 19 after words of "administrative punishment" to add with words ", increases in the size of penalty according to part 6 of article 6.5 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses (further - the Code of Administrative Offences)";
1.2. in Item 25 part one:
from the paragraph of the third word "in the form of the prevention or penalty if the penalty is paid on site" to exclude;
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
the fifth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;
1.3. in part two of Item 28 of the word "The code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses (further - the Code of Administrative Offences)" shall be replaced with words "Code of Administrative Offences";
