When implementing foreign trade activity and (or) by provision by residents of foreign currency or currency of the Russian Federation in the form of loans residents if other is not provided by this Federal Law, shall provide to nonresidents in the terms provided by agreements in foreign trade (contracts) and (or) loan agreements:";
add with Item 3 following of content:
"3) obtaining from nonresidents on the bank accounts in authorized banks of foreign currency or currency of the Russian Federation which is due in accordance with the terms of loan agreements.";
