2-7) development and approval of technique of limiting determination (maximum) sizes of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose which can be at the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan for maintaining country or farm, the non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its affiliates for conducting agricultural production;

2-8) development and approval of form of the instruction of elimination of violations of requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the protocol on administrative offense, resolutions on the case of administrative offense;";

"13-2) approval of offers of local executive body of area, the cities of republican value, the capital concerning provision and seizure of land for needs of defense and homeland security;";

"16-6) development and approval of rules of the organization and tendering (tenders, auctions) selling the parcels of land or the right of lease of the parcels of land in electronic form;";

7) in Article 14-1:

in Item 1:

add with subitem 2-2) of the following content:

"2-2) preparation of offers and drafts of decisions of local executive body of area on provision and seizure of land for needs of defense and homeland security;";
