About introduction of amendments to article 20-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Part one of article 20-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 41, Art. 546; 2013, No. 46, Art. 640; 2014, No. 23, Art. 873; 2017, 11, the Art. 100, No. 29, the Art. 315) to add No. with the Items "m" and "n" of the following content:

"l) powers of the companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of its management on carrying out the measurements which are not connected with assessment of conformity of products, the processes and services according to requirements of technical competence and independence determined by the central executive body are provided by forming of state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment;

m) introduction of offers on determination of measurement techniques which are obligatory to use by the authorized companies, organizations and organizations which belong to the sphere of its management, the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
