From paragraph one of Item 11 of the Instruction on procedure for approval by the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of offers of state bodies and other state organizations, authorized to manage the stocks (shares in authorized funds) of economic societies owned by the Republic of Belarus, about appointment of representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies and line item of representatives of the state on the questions requiring approval of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2013 No. 40 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.11. 2013, 8/28045), the words "also assure seal of economic society (the legal entity in case of accession or merge)" to exclude.
