About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning powers in the field of protection of the surrounding environment
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 34, Art. 502; 2000, No. 4, Art. 26; 2010, No. 11, Art. 112; 2012, No. 2-3, of Art. 3; 2017, No. 12, Art. 131):
1) in Article 5 part one:
in the paragraph the second "the central executive body in the field of protection of the surrounding environment" shall be replaced with words words "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment";
word in paragraph three "bodies of the central executive body in the field of protection of the surrounding environment on places" shall be replaced with words "the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations";
"The central executive body in the field of protection of the surrounding environment and the central executive body in the field of culture" shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 6 of the word "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment and the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of culture";
3) in Article 9-1:
in word part three "the central executive body in the field of protection of the surrounding environment" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment";
