About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About the state statistics" concerning creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, the international investment line item, external debt, bank statistical information, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and supervising Board of the National Bank of Ukraine functions by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine, Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 1, 2016 to No. 129 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. To department of statistics and reporting (Polovnev Yu. A.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine, the non-bank financial resident organizations which are payment institutes, other financial institutions, the national operator of mail service of Ukraine to whom the general license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of currency transactions, information on adoption of this resolution is provided.
