About entering of amendment into the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Item 1 of part 1 of article 308 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016 with the subitem of " 1" of the following content:
"1. lists of the taxes and payments paid by results of year by the taxpayers subsoil users who got permission to production of metal minerals, lists of the exported goods in cost, natural and quantitative size".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
