Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 "About approval of the Payment procedure of collection on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 44, Art. 1632; 1999, No. 7, Art. 234, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2005, No. 13, Art. 668; 2013, No. 5, Art. 160; 2014, No. 54, Art. 1446; 2015, No. 44, Art. 1378; 2016, No. 54, the Art. 1892) and of August 25, 1999 No. 1549 "About modification of collection Payment procedure on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 34, Art. 1778; 2013, No. 33, the Art. 1162) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998 No. 1740 and of August 25, 1999 No. 1549

1. According to the procedure of payment of collection on compulsory national pension insurance from separate types of economic activities, No. 1740 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 1998:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 12 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

Item 15-3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"15-3. The notarial certificate of purchase and sale agreements of real estate is performed in the presence of documentary payment confirmation of collection on compulsory national pension insurance from transactions of purchase and sale of real estate.
