About modification of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of liquidity support of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1:

in Item 1.3 of the word "within monetary opportunities" to exclude;

in Item 1.5 of the word "accounts of Fund" shall be replaced with words "current and other accounts of Fund in National Bank";

the paragraph one of Item 1.9 to add with the words "taking into account possible influence of the corresponding transaction on capability of National Bank to achieve the monetary policy goals";

2) in Chapter 2:

in Item 2.1:

in the subitem "d" of the word "the current account in Fund" shall be replaced with words "current and other accounts of Fund";

to state paragraph two of the subitem "e" in the following edition:
