Make changes to Item 25 of the Regulations on procedure for the conducting state examination and assessment of inventories of minerals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 22, 1994 No. 865 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 3, Art. 55; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 40, Art. 1706; 2008, to No. 25, the Art. 784), having stated it in the following edition:

"25. Repeated state examination and assessment of inventories of mineral deposits is carried out in case of review of requirements of standards concerning quantity or quality of minerals, technology of their conversion which leads to total reduction of explored reserves more than for 20 percent or to growth of their amount more than for 50 percent. Inventories of fields which are developed are subject to repeated examination and assessment if as a result of mining or total additional exploration works explored reserves grow more than for 50 percent in comparison with earlier estimated by the State Commission on Mineral Reserves or if the explored reserves as such which are written off and provided for write-off, did not prove to be true or are inexpedient for production on technical and economic conditions of fields, exceed the standard rates established by the legislation.".
