In part three of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2012 No. 122 "About procedure for expense recovery for compensation of lawyers on rendering legal aid to the victims of human trafficking, persons injured with the act of terrorism" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, 19, 5/35228) the word "cassation" to replace No. with the word "appeal".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 21, 2018.
