According to Article part two 14, to Articles 41, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", considering the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 21, 2015 No. 445 "About providing conditions for implementation of system of mobile (mobile) communication of the fourth generation" and Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 09, 2006 No. 815 "About approval of the Plan of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. The column "Radio technologies" of the Table of correspondences of application forms to the radio technologies specified in respect of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine which is given in appendix 2 to the Procedure for provision of the conclusions of rather electromagnetic compatibility and permissions to operate of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of November 1, 2012 No. 559, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 3, 2013 for No. 57/22589 (with changes), after line item "Digital cellular radio communication of IMT-2000 (UMTS)" to add with new line item of the following content:
"The international mobile (mobile) telecommunication of IMT".
