About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of green plantings"
Being guided by Item 11 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of green plantings" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 5, Article 606) to make the following changes:

6. Add Article 14.7 with the second offer of the following content:
"Childbirth and grades of plants, useful to gardening, are established by relevant organ of the executive authority taking into account local climatic conditions and features of lands.".
7. Add Article 16.1 with the second offer of the following content:
"The measures of protection provided by Articles 9.0. 2, 9.0.3 and 9.0.7 these Laws, are performed by relevant organ of the executive authority taking into account article 8.2.5 of this Law.".
8. Add with Article 21.4 of the following content:
