Article 1

1.1. From the third offer to exclude the words "generally up to 90 days";

1.2. Add with the fourth and fifth offers of the following content:

"Prolongation according to each address cannot exceed 180 days. The number of similar prolongations is not limited.".

Article 2. Transitional provision

Article 1 of this Law extends also to the procedures of restructuring begun before the date of entry into force of this Law.
