About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning construction and operation of highways

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About sources of financing of road economy of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 14, Art. 60; 1999, No. 40, Art. 361; 2017, No. 1, Art. 4):

1) in Article 3 part three:

add Item 6 with words "(except cases of transfer of the respective new highway to concession)";

add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) concessionary payments in case of transfer of again constructed highway public of the state value to concession";

Article 5 part one after the words "fare on paid highways public" to add 2) with words "(except cases of transfer of the respective new highway to concession)".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About concessions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 41, Art. 372 with subsequent changes):

The paragraph of the sixth part two of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"construction (complex of the road-building and project works connected with construction of the new highway) and operation of highways, objects of road economy, other road constructions";

Part the second Article 12 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "Concessionary payments in case of transfer of again constructed highway public of the state value to concession are enlisted in the Government budget of Ukraine".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About highways" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 51, Art. 556; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6):

Article 27 to state 1) in the following edition:
