About modification of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The paragraph the fifth Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2004, No. 45, Art. 503; 2009, No. 46, Art. 701; 2015, No. 46, Art. 416; 2017, 446) to state Art. No. 51-52, in the following edition:
"In case of lack of office premises the military personnel of ordinary, sergeant and foreman structure who passes military service under the contract and not married accommodate free of charge in specially adapted barracks in arrangement of military unit, and family - in family hostels. Domestic conditions in such barracks shall meet requirements imposed to hostels which are intended for accommodation of lonely citizens. In case of lack of possibility of accommodation of the specified military personnel in specially adapted barracks in arrangement of military unit and family hostels the military unit shall lease for the military personnel and members of their families premises or at will to pay monetary compensation for the sublease (employment) of premises. For the military personnel of officers in case of lack of office premises the military unit shall lease housing for providing with it the military personnel and members of their families or at will to pay monetary compensation for the sublease (employment) of premises. The size and payment procedure the serviceman of monetary compensation for the sublease (employment) of premises by them are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
