About modification of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014
The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which are hereinafter referred to as with state members, being guided by article 115 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, agreed as follows:
To add Item 2 of article 10 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 with the words "or heads of governments of state members if according to the legislation of the state they are given authority to make decisions on the questions entering competence of the Supreme council".
The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of accomplishment by state members of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force.
It is made in the city of Moscow on March 15, 2018 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in the Eurasian economic commission which, being depositary of the this Protocol, will send to each state member its verified copy.
