Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 26, 2014 "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603) following changes and amendments:
1. Part 2 of Article 16 and part 2 of article 18 after words of "the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan" to add with the word "judges".
2. In part 8 of Article 19 of the word of "Economic court of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas" shall be replaced with words "judges of Economic court of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, economic courts of areas".
