"1. Approve ratio between positions of separate categories of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure holding executive positions and groups of compensation on positions of public service according to appendix.
Official pay rates on positions of separate categories of the military personnel and faces of the commanding structure holding executive positions are established in the sizes specified in the scheme of official pay rates on positions of public service on groups of compensation in state bodies which jurisdiction extends to all territory of Ukraine which affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, proceeding from the ratio approved by this resolution.";
