About modification of article 120 of the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning establishment of criminal liability for assistance to suicide making

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Part one of article 120 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in such edition:

"1. Bringing person to suicide or to attempt at suicide which is consequence of the cruel address with it, blackmail, systematic humiliation of its human dignity or systematic illegal coercion to the actions contradicting his ox, inducement to suicide and also other actions promoting suicide making

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of up to three years or imprisonment for the same term".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
