1. Bring in appendix No. 3 to the pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 4, Art. 504; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1156; 2015, No. 28, Art. 4244), following changes:
a) in paragraph three of the word "for the last calendar year for which there are reporting data" shall be replaced with words "for 10 calendar months of the current year (for the organizations concerning which state regulation of the prices (rates) was not performed earlier, - for the available accounting period and (or) based on the documents on sizes of the maximum capacity of power receiving devices of the consumers of electrical energy who are technologically attached in accordance with the established procedure to networks of such network organization submitted by the network organization)";
b) in paragraph four of the word "for the last calendar year for which there are reporting data" shall be replaced with words "for 10 calendar months of the current year (for the organizations concerning which state regulation of the prices (rates) was not performed earlier, - for the available accounting period)".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
