1. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 10, 2017 No. 772 "About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 17, 2014 No. 91 "About approval of provisions of public institution "Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its territorial subdivisions" (it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 14, 2017).
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) the direction within five working days of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
