1. In Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination in industry of the state export control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 767 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 29, Art. 70; 2003, No. 34, Art. 1827; 2008, No. 91, Art. 3026; 2012, No. 85, Art. 3463):
The paragraph the fourth after the word "certified" to add 1) with the words "in accordance with the established procedure";
Word in paragraph six" which is sealed such subject" shall be replaced with words 2) "or person authorized on that";
