About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make changes and additions to the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic it (is applied):
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision "About the Minimum Requirements on Credit Risk Management when Implementing Transactions according to the Islamic Principles of Banking and Financing" of September 25, 2013 No. 35/13";
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval "the Provisions "About the Minimum Requirements on Credit Risk Management in the Credit Unions Performing Transactions according to the Islamic Principles of Banking and Financing" of December 23, 2013 No. 52/7";
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction for determination of standards of adequacy of the capital of the banks performing transactions according to the Islamic principles of banking and financing" of December 28, 2009 No. 51/4;
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Instruction "About procedure for observance of limits of open foreign exchange position by the banks performing transactions according to the Islamic principles of banking and financing" of October 14, 2009 No. 41/4.
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 22, 2017.
