1. Paragraphs first and third Item 6-2 of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2017, 13, 145) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"6-2. Determine that action of part three of article 24 of this Law does not extend to provision of the parcels of land on Alleya Geroyev Nebesnoy Sotni in the city of Kiev in use to the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - the Museum of Revolution of Advantage for construction, operation and servicing of memorial and museum complex";

"Further change of purpose or the owner (user) of the parcels of land specified in paragraph one of this Item and transfer of the parcels of land (their parts) or rooms of memorial and museum complex in lease and/or the sublease is forbidden".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
