About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In article 13-1 of the Law on procedure for compensation of the damage caused by illegal actions of criminal prosecution authorities, prosecutor's office and degrees of jurisdiction, No. 1545/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 50-51, 359), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
in part (the word "its introductions in legal force." shall be replaced with words 1) "how it will become final.";
in both cases of part (2) and in part (the words "taken legal effect" to replace 3) with the word of "final";
in part (4) words "The law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996." shall be replaced with words "The law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014.".
Art. II. – Part (1) Article 435 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 415), with subsequent changes and amendments, after the words "or any other real estate" to add with words "indisputable cash write-off from accounts of budgets components of the national public budget and from accounts of budget bodies / organizations,".
Art. III. – In part (1-1) article 70 of the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes and amendments, the words "6 months" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "3 months".
