Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 30, 2007 "About the Mountain Badakhshan autonomous region" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 7, the Art. 653) the following changes and amendment:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 5 of the word of "dekhot (jamias)" and "the settlement and the village" respectively shall be replaced with words "villages of (Dzhamoatov)" and "settlements and villages".
2. In Article 9:
- in the name and part of 1 word of "local authorities of the government" shall be replaced with words Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region;
- the offer first of part 2 to state in the following edition:
"2. The Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region within the powers in this sphere has the right:".
3. In the name of Article 10 of the word of "local authorities of the government" shall be replaced with words Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
4. In Article 12:
- in paragraphs second and third shall be replaced with words parts 2 of the word "about the government budget" "about the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- from the paragraph of third of part 3 words", including penalties, penalty fee, penalties, compensations and others" to exclude.
5. Regarding the 4th Article 13 of the word "about the Government budget" shall be replaced with words "about the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan".
