Item 8.1 of part two of Article 37 to state 1) in the following edition:
"8. 1) in the presence of the bases to initiate before court the petition for prolongation of term of house arrest or term of detention on the criminal case which arrived or taken to court with the indictment or the resolution on the direction of criminal case in court for application of enforcement power of medical nature;";
2) in Article 109:
a) in word part four "part vosmoy.1" shall be replaced with words "parts vosmoy.1 - vosmoy.3";
b) to state Item of 1 part eight in the following edition:
"1) about prolongation of term of detention for the term necessary for the end of acquaintance of the person accused and his defender with the criminal case file, the directions of criminal case to the prosecutor with the indictment, the indictment, the accusatory resolution or the resolution on the direction of criminal case in court for application of enforcement power of medical nature, and also for adoption by the prosecutor and court of decisions on the arrived criminal case, except for the case provided by part six of this Article;";
c) vosmuyu.1 to state part in the following edition:
