About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About safety of hydraulic engineering constructions"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About safety of hydraulic engineering constructions" of December 29, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, the Art. 825) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- in paragraph one "agricultural" to replace the word with the word of "agrarian";
- in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the word "legal" "physical and legal";
- add with paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth the following content:
- breeds of the basis - breeds which form the bases of hydraulic engineering constructions reflecting real hydrogeological conditions, microclimate and physics and technology features of the lower level of this construction;
- water objects - natural or artificial reservoir, waterway, or other object, the permanent or temporary center of waters in which has the characteristic forms and signs of the water mode;
2. In Article 5:
- in the name and part one of the word of "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "state body";
- in paragraph seven the word "informing" shall be replaced with words "timely informing".
3. Regarding 1 Article 11 of the word "provisions of this Article" shall be replaced with words "requirements of this Article and".
4. In part 5 of Article 12 of the word "according to the provision approved" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, approved".
