About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

"5) the financial reporting of the Potential final borrower signed by the first head and the chief accountant for the last three years, and also explanatory notes of the financial reporting.

In case the Potential final borrower is subject to statutory audit according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 20, 1998 "About auditor activities" (further – the Law of auditor activities), the audited financial reporting is submitted. The financial reporting is submitted according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2007 "About financial accounting and the financial reporting", including with appendix of information on financial participations in other organizations, with appendix of detailed disaggregation of the balance sheet items occupying 10% and more in balance sheet total;";

"9) data on availability (absence) of debt according to which account is kept in bodies of state revenues, the receiver of subsidy for the application moment;";

62. Effective period of the request for receipt of budget credit taking into account elimination by the Borrower / the Potential final borrower of the revealed discrepancies comes to an end on April 15 years of its giving.";

The conclusion about opportunity/refusal of issue of the budget credit according to the request Confided (Agent) for the next working day on the expiration specified in Item 59 of these rules provides to the Secretary of the Working group for inclusion in the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of the Working group.";

"92. At least once in half a year the Confided (agent) performs departure on objects for the purpose of carrying out visual inspection of objects and check of the actual course of implementation of investment projects.";

"116. The confided (agent) once a year, no later than June 30th of the year following reporting reports results of monitoring of financial condition of Final borrowers to the Administrator of the budget program and the Creditor.

In case the Final borrower is subject to statutory audit according to the Law of auditor activities, results of monitoring of the audited financial condition of the Final borrower are represented.";
