Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360), following changes:

1. In Article 130:

- the fourth to state the paragraph to part 1 in the following edition:

"-surname, name, middle name, date, month, year and birthplace, residence, place of employment or location of the debtor;";

- from part 2 of the word "surname, name, middle name, number, month, year and birthplace of the debtor, place of its work" to exclude.

2. To state part 2 of Article 231 in the following edition:

"2. In case of not message on the taken measures, officials are brought to the administrative responsibility according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The administrative responsibility does not exempt officials from duty to inform about the measures taken by private determination of court.

3. In the paragraph the second the word to "contract" shall be replaced with words parts 1 of Article 423 to "the employment contract (contract)".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
