Article 1.
Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The technical regulation "Safety of Construction Materials, Products and Designs" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2010, No. 1, the Art. 18) the following changes:
in appendix 2:
a) in Item 37 in the column "Kod TN VED EAES" of figure "4412 31 100 0; 4412 32 100 0" to replace with figures "4412 31 100 0; 4412 33 000 0; 4412 34 000 0";
b) in Item 40 in the column "Kod TN VED EAES" of figure "9406 00 200 0" to replace with figures "9406 10 900 0";
c) in Item 46 in the column "Kod TN VED EAES" of figure "3917 22 100 0; 3917 22 900 0" to replace with figures "3917 22 100 0; 3917 22 900 9".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
