1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of August 29, 2017 No. 1050 "About approval of the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses of licensees on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate from electrical supply to the population" the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word "on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate" also signs "which perform economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory,".
2) in the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses of licensees on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate from electrical supply to the population which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2018, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its publication in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
