About modification of Rules of realization of the material values issued from the state material reserve

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of realization of the material values issued from the state material reserve, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2012 No. 837 "About approval of Rules of realization of the material values issued from the state material reserve" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 35, the Art. 4826).

1. State item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Realization of the material values issued from the state reserve is performed by tendering in the form of auctions.
The decision on tendering is made by Federal Agency for State Reserves.
According to requirements of the legislation for ensuring protection of the data which are the state secret, the biddings on realization of the material values issued from the state reserve are closed.".
2. In Item 7:
a) in the subitem "v" of the word "the tender documentation or" to exclude;
b) in the subitem "g" of the word "or" to exclude the tender documentation.
3. In Item 13:
a) in the subitem "g" of the word", with effective period for date of application about intentions" to exclude at least 1 year;
b) state the subitem "d" in the following edition:
"e) lack of arrears to the organizations of system of the state reserve or the fact of evasion from the conclusion of purchase and sale agreements by results of earlier held auction.".
4. In Item 14 of the word of "tender and auction documentation" shall be replaced with words "auction documentation".
