bring in the Procedure for holding open auctions for the purpose of domestic sale from State fund of Russia of precious metals, gemstones, except for diamonds the mass of 10,8 of carat and more, and products from them, No. 170n approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2014 (registration No. 36645) <1>, the following changes is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 31, 2015:
