About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About theater and theatrical activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2002 "About theater and theatrical activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 11, Art. 723; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1012) following changes:
1. In Article 1:
- in paragraph six of the word of "local government bodies" and "authorized on local government body" respectively shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages" and "authorized on self-government institutions of settlements and villages";
- the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-the director (the production director, the ballet master-director, the conductor-director, the chorus master-director, the art director) - person which is independently performing theatrical performance or its separate part;".
2. To state the text of Article 2 in the following edition:
"The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on theater and theatrical activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
