Bring in the Procedure for suspension of action and cancellation of the license for separate types of professional activity in the stock market (security market) approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 14, 2013 No. 816, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2013 for No. 862/23394 (with changes), the following changes:
The second Item 19 of the Section IV of the word "and certified by seal" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

2. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Section V of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the state register of the financial institutions providing financial services in the security market, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 3, 2015 2030, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2015 at No. 1614/28059, of the word "it is certified by seal (in the presence) and" to exclude.
3. Bring in the Standard agreement of underwriting approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 18, 2012 No. 1240, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2012 at No. 1949/22261 (with changes), the following changes:
